Grout Genius

Wonderful experience! Uses high quality epoxy instead of cement grout. Had quote from richtek forthe same service and they wanted to charge me over $1700. Grout genius quoted exactly the same for $550. Life saver.

We are absolutely delighted that we included Scott from Grout Genius in a list of potential suppliers that we obtained quotes from to regrout the shower.The first supplier we approached heavily advertises a wide range of home services on television and quoted $1899 which seemed very high given the size of the task. In contrast, Scott looked at our photo and gave us advice regarding what preparations we could easily undertake to reduce the cost and provided a quote that was far less than $1899. Fortunately, Scott was also available to undertake the work within a very reasonable timeframe and was a pleasure to have in our home. Scott is a true professional and we do not hesitate recommending him.

I arranged for Scott to regroup my shower and he did a great job. The shower looks like new and he even matched the floor grout colour to the floor tiles. He arrived on time, was pleasant and explained the process and left everything tidy. The price was very reasonable and I definitely recommend him and the company.

I’ve had two showers regrouted by Scott.My first shower was leaking and after the regrout, it’s beautiful. No leaks and looking like new again. The price was good value so I booked my second shower. Again, fantastic job. Scott even cleaned off some build up on the shower floor that I couldn’t get off. He explained the grout he uses isn’t just regular grout but grout with a strong epoxy ingredient to make the regrout work last.Had some shocking quotes from other companies. Great value, don’t bother with other quotes.

Although some of the job was done, I'm very disappointed in the experience, lack of communication and customer service provided.If you can't deliver on a job, be honest about it and don't over promise.

Scott is a proper tiler. Old school excellent skills, really cares about the work, super helpful, nice guy and solid advice. Can't recommend him highly enough. We had a shower disaster from a previous tilers work in our bathroom coming through the ceiling. He saved the day. Came and fixed the leaking shower and improved on it for the future.

Scott did a great job, the bathroom looks so much better.We even recommended him to a friend and they were also happy with Scotts work.What I am really happy about is that Scott agreed to come back to remove some residue on the tiles that was not washing off as expected. Grout Genius were amazing! So knowledgeable and helpful ,great advice regarding waterproofing our balconies as well as suggestions/ advice for fixing our roof. After initially meeting Scott II had every confidence in his ability to sort out our balconies with waterproofing and tiling and the end result looks fantastic!
