Tom was fantastic to work with, taking on board all of our design ideas and making our backyard something functional but beautiful. We were so impressed with his original design that we made very few adjustments and have basically rolled with the first design iteration. Tom was also very courteous, always giving us the heads up when his tradespeople were due to turn up, knowing how hard it is to do anything with small children and a small business! Even when we had a mishap with our perfect new concrete (thanks to our dogs!)Tom was cool and calm and made a huge effort to get it back to spotless. We have had nothing but compliments on our beautiful new space, and we are only half way there!

We recently had work carried out in our alfresco area as well as a path around the pool and had the pool edging replaced and have to say that it has exceeded our expectations. Dealing with Thomas has been a pleasure from start to finish and we found that no request or alteration was too big or too inconvenient and we were always kept in the loop with unexpected delays due to the weather. We were provided with a very professional service and was very impressed with the end result. Highly recommend Premier Constructed.

Every step of the process was clearly explained and all costs were fully disclosed before the contract was started. Tom has made our pool area come to life!Choosing a natural stone for the paving around our pool area was a big choice for my wife and I, we wanted our investment to be a show case for our backyard.Tom was the best person for this job!When we had fallen in love with the Garonne Natural stone, we did not realise it needed such specialised treatment to ensure its longevity.Tom explained the correct process for this stone to be laid and last a life time.Tom had a concrete base poured to the exact area the stone was to be laid which will ensure a solid fix for the stone to be fixed to. The challenge being that the rebates into the pool are 30mm and the stone everywhere else is 20mm. This meant the concrete had to be poured so the final stone level ended up being the same with two different thickness pieces of stone. The others benefits of this are that the stone won't move over time and ants can not get through and make little hills everywhere.Before the stones were laid they were all individually dip sealed so they have the best seal you can ask for.The pool has a built in spa area which needed a complete custom manufacture of double rebates which had Tom spending a good portion of the day in the pool to get the perfect template (this was done in July, the pool was freezing).Without the knowledge and respect of natural stone that Tom has, the area would not have come up nearly as good as it has.I highly recommend Premiere Constructed if you want a job that you know is the best of the best.

Extremely Happy; both with the process AND the result!From the first time I met Tom when I was walking past another job he was working on and explained I just wanted to get some fencing sorted, to meeting him on site at our place I have been extremely happy and filled with confidence.
